Joanna Duff

Joanna Duff has a strong background in infrastructure engineering and cloud engineering. Joanna most recently worked as a 3rd Line Cloud Engineer at Network Homes starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they served as an Infrastructure Engineer at Lanware from March 2019 to October 2020. Joanna also gained experience at RSSB as an Infrastructure Engineer from June 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they worked at Kier Group as a server and storage analyst from December 2014 to June 2018. Joanna began their career at Capgemini in September 2007, where they held various positions including Wintel engineer, Remote Desktop Support, and 1st, 2nd, 3rd line OOH Analyst/MIM until December 2014.

Joanna Duff obtained their Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Nicolaus Copernicus, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the following:

- Certified Snow Professional from Snow Software, obtained in December 2018.

- Vmware course Management Installation and Administration of VSphere 6.5 from QA Systems Incorporated, obtained in April 2018.

- MCSA 2012 from Microsoft, obtained in February 2016.

- ITIL Foundation from Learning Tree International, obtained in April 2015.

It is worth noting that Joanna Duff also has an MCSA 2008 certification, but the details of when and where it was obtained are not provided.
