Mavis Oti Addo Boateng

Mavis Oti Addo Boateng is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within Shell and other organizations. Currently, Mavis serves as Financial Manager and Interim CFO for the Shell Foundation and holds positions as CFO and Financial Controller for the Shell Centenary Scholarship Fund. Mavis has a robust background in financial management, having worked as Global FP&A Manager for Africa and previously as Head of Finance for the Shared Business Operations Offshoring Program at Shell Shared Service Centre. Additionally, Mavis is a Non-Executive Board Member and Committee Member at SNG. With qualifications including an Executive Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and being a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, Mavis has a proven track record in setting up finance teams and implementing internal controls to enhance business performance and reduce risks.
