Zineb Filali is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently, Zineb serves as the Group HR Business Partner for Group Technology & Operations at Network International, where responsibilities include providing strategic HR guidance. Previously, Zineb held the position of Group VP People at Virgin Mobile Middle East & Africa for over 14 years, contributing to executive leadership and driving HR strategy, employee culture, and change management. Zineb's earlier roles include Group Corporate Affairs Senior Manager at Virgin Mobile, where responsibilities encompassed corporate governance, compliance, and policy development, as well as Business Development Manager at Blue System and Supply Chain Production Leader at Decathlon Maroc. Zineb holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University Dubai and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Université Hassan II.
