APAC Platform Support Manager at Network Optix

Sheng Hao Liu has worked in the tech industry since 2010. Sheng Hao began their career at ITRI as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for providing high quality software to partners and government departments. In 2013, they moved to Infortrend Technology, Inc. (Surveillance Department) as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided technical support to Business Development and Sales Team members and its end-users, as well as helping with QA and GUI test work. In 2016, they worked as an ISSA MLB Training Camp Pitching section interpreter, providing interpretation services for coaches from the Texas Rangers and helping to execute the training program. In 2017, they joined the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) as an Official Interpreter, providing interpretation services for instructors/coaches, helping to execute and demonstrate exercises, and focusing on weight training, physical assessment, and body/joint mobility sessions. In 2019, they were an Equipment Supervisor (Tokyo2020, Olympic Baseball and Softball) for the Public Welfare Group East Japan Olympic Committee, responsible for competition equipment management for all venues. Finally, in 2021, they joined Network Optix as an APAC Technical Software Support Lead and Technical Support Software Engineer, producing and publishing technical and sales support documentation, using Zendesk to interact with customers, and answering questions.

Sheng Hao Liu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from National Central University between 2004 and 2008. Sheng Hao then obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university between 2008 and 2010. In addition, they obtained a Crash Course on Python certification from Coursera in August 2020, a CASI Level1 Instructor certification from CASI-ACMS in March 2016, and a Using Python to Interact with the Operating System certification from Coursera.
