Wendy Chuang

Wendy Chuang has been working in the tech industry since 2012. Wendy started their career at Compal Electronics, INC. as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Team Leader, responsible for Notebook/ Pad Operation System stability and software compatibility, as well as BIOS/ Compatibility/ Stress BST Function Tester and Android Automation Test Owner. In 2015, they joined DrayTek Corp. as a FAE Engineer, where they were responsible for troubleshooting technical problems reported from both distributors and end-users, helping the developer to verify the issue and keeping good communication between the user and engineer, and defining customer requirements and giving suggestions or user experience for the product enhancement and the development of new features. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Network Optix as a Technical Support Engineer.

Wendy Chuang attended National Chung Cheng University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
