Andrew Noble

Andrew Noble serves as the Finance Director at Network Rail Consulting since 2018, leading financial strategy in an international rail consultancy focused on optimizing legacy infrastructure. Previously, Andrew held the position of Regional Finance Director at WSP from February 2010 to April 2017, overseeing finance operations for a £500M revenue UK region. Prior experience includes Finance Director at VT Communications, where accountability encompassed finance, commercial, IT, and supply chain functions. Andrew's extensive career also includes roles as Vice President and Commercial Director in the Government Sector at Capgemini and various finance leadership positions at Electronic Data Systems. The foundational experience in auditing was gained at PwC, complemented by a degree in Physics from The University of Sheffield.
