Michael Garrard

Michael Garrard is a seasoned director and business owner with extensive experience in project and operations management across various sectors, including transportation and security. Currently serving as the Deputy Project Director at Network Rail Consulting, Garrard manages multiple engineering teams on the Digital Systems Tranche 2 program. Previously, as Chief Commercial Officer at PlayUp Limited, Garrard oversaw cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes. With a background in managing significant railway projects for Transport for NSW, including roles in operational readiness and system integration, Garrard has also held senior positions at companies such as Indra, Serco, and Honeywell. Michael Garrard holds a Commerce degree in Management from Western Sydney University.
