Clare Elliott is an experienced commercial professional with a strong background in quantity surveying and project management. Currently serving as Head of Commercial Delivery for the Eastern Region at Network Rail since April 2008, Clare manages the commercial function for significant projects, including the Kings Cross Remodelling and LNE Renewals portfolio, while providing strategic guidance to project teams.
