Ian Ramshaw

Ian Ramshaw is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting, Tax & Strategy and Group Chief Accountant at Network Rail since March 2006, Ian leads statutory reporting and develops financial frameworks for the organization. Additionally, Ian holds the position of Finance Director for Infrastructure Projects and has been a trustee and Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee at OWN Trust since March 2019. Past roles include Chair of Governors at Nene Valley Primary School and various financial accounting positions at Railtrack PLC. Ian began his career at RSM Robson Rhodes, where qualifications in accounting were attained. Ian earned a degree in Geography from the University of Leicester from 1986 to 1989.
