Mike Fallows

Mike Fallows is a Senior Engineer at Network Rail with extensive experience in engineering and project management across multiple sectors. With a solid technical foundation and significant leadership roles in both contracting and transportation, they have effectively managed large teams and complex projects, including audits and compliance processes. Prior to their current position, Mike served as a Senior Document Engineer at Railtrack and a Senior Engineering Consultant for the Government of Sri Lanka, where they mentored students and managed industry interfaces. Their background also includes roles in aircraft engineering and rail vehicle engineering, further solidifying their expertise in the field.
