Stephen Bond has over 15 years of experience in project delivery and business systems management, currently serving as Head of Delivery (Intelligent Infrastructure) at Network Rail since April 2008. Previously, Stephen held various roles at Southfield Systems, including Project & Training Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management system and ensuring projects met client expectations. Additional experience at Southfield Systems as Training Manager involved developing customer relationships and training protocols, alongside prior experience as a Marketing Assistant focused on revenue growth through effective sales initiatives. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Design and Applied Arts from York St. John University and further education from the University of Leeds.
