Denys Proshayev

Denys Proshayev is an accomplished pianist and conductor with extensive experience as a freelance musician since September 1998. Proshayev has held academic positions including Visiting Professor at the Royal Conservatory The Hague from September 2018 to September 2019 and continuing as a Professor of Piano and Chamber Music at the Royal Conservatoire The Hague since September 2019. Additionally, Proshayev serves as Artistic Director at Musikfest Wasserschloss Gesmold since January 2018 and began a role as Professor for Piano at Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe in April 2024. Proshayev holds degrees from Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover and P.I. Tchaikovsky National Academy of Music in Ukraine, highlighting a strong educational foundation in piano and conducting.
