Earl Dennis is a retired United States Navy (USN) veteran with 24 years of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) experience. After serving in the Navy, Dennis worked as a UXO Operations Manager at Earth Tech/AECOM from 2002 to 2008, where they planned and managed UXO explosive remediation projects throughout the continental United States. Since then, Dennis has continued to work as a freelance UXO III, engaging in various tasks such as construction support, demilitarization, and explosive mishap investigations, primarily out of northern Arizona.
