Philip Smith

Philip Smith is the owner of PFS Internet Development, a consultancy firm focusing on improving Internet Infrastructure in developing regions. Philip also works as a Senior Network Engineer and Trainer at the Network Startup Resource Center, a Director at Asia Pacific Internet Association, Chair at APRICOT, Chair at Asia Pacific Network Operators Group Ltd, and a member of various other committees within the Internet operations and technology sector. Philip holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Aberdeen.
