Ilya Rapoport

As an Associate Principal, Ilya is actively involved in all phases of NTI’s professional services, including programming, design, procurement, implementation management, and construction administration. He joined the NTI team in 2005.

Ilya’s credentials include an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Telecommunications (in Russia) and an M.S. in Computer Science from Southern Polytechnic University. He is an RCDD, a Network Transport Specialist, and a PMP. Ilya began his career in 1985 in the Fiber Optics Research field, and now has vast experience with design and project management for the cabling infrastructure for Voice and Data, CCTV, Card Access, CATV/MATV, Wireless Networks, and Distributed Antenna Systems.
