Ahmed Omar

Ahmed Omar has worked for several companies since 2002. Ahmed began their career as an Embedded Systems Developer at AlliedSoft in 2002. Ahmed then moved to Unionaire Group in 2003, where they were an Embedded Systems Team Leader. In 2008, they held the same role at Information Technology Industry Development Agency, ITIDA. That same year, they also became the AMI Systems and Solutions Regional Manager at Iskraemeco d.d. (Smart Meters/Smart Grid). In 2011, they took on the role of Regional Manager at Echelon (Smart Meters/Smart Grid/Smart Buildings). Finally, they have been a Regional Account Manager at Networked Energy Services (NES) Corporation since 2014.

Ahmed Omar obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ain Shams University between 1996 and 2001. Ahmed then went on to complete their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ain Shams University between 2004 and 2007. Finally, they completed their MBA in Marketing from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport between 2008 and 2010.
