Jonathan Watt has held a variety of positions in the business world since 1998. Jonathan began their career as CPO and COO for Global Automotive Bearings Co. and European Private Equity Automotive. In 2012, they were Interim Director for Vitec Group plc. Jonathan then held a Senior Consultant role at h&z Business Consulting in 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they were CPO/EMEA Elec Gas Water for Elster/Honeywell. In 2016, they were Interim Chief Procurement Officer Gas, Electricity and Water EMEA/APAC for Honeywell. In 2018, they were a Senior Consultant at Momentum Consulting Group, Inc., a Senior Business Consultant at H&Z Management Consulting, and Chief Performance & Supply Chain Officer at Networked Energy Services (NES) Corporation. Since 2009, Jonathan has been Founder and Managing Partner of Improve B2B Ltd, an international business consultancy that provides experienced practitioners for business restructuring, M&A and divestment across Private Equity, Manufacturing, Automotive, Renewable Energy and Technology. Jonathan is currently Co Managing Partner at Bannister Ventures.

Jonathan Watt has a diverse education history. In 1983, they began structured engineering and manufacturing training according to IEEE at the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Jonathan then attended Brunel University London from 1985-1989, graduating with a B.Eng in July 1989. In 1991-1992, they earned an MBA in Marketing, Strategy, Operations/Manufacturing excellence, Corporate Finance, and HR Topics from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. In 2008-2009, they completed an Executive Development program at IMD. In 2009-2010, they received a Certificate in International Risk Management from The Institute of Risk Management. In 2020, they completed an MBA Module in Entreprenuership from Harvard Business School and an Accounting Fundamentals & Financial Analysis and Modeling course from Corporate Finance Institute\u00ae (CFI). Jonathan has also earned additional certifications in Accounting Fundamentals & Financial Analysis and Modeling, MBA, and B.Eng (Hons).
