Philipp Günther is an experienced leader in customer success and service, currently serving as Director of CX Enterprise Renewals EMEA/APJ at Netwrix Corporation since September 2022, following a role as Head of Customer Success & Service at MATESO, now part of Netwrix, from January to September 2022. Prior to this, Philipp held the position of Customer Success Manager at Uberall and served as Geschäftsführer at Gundhery Consulting. Additional experience includes leading customer service operations at Swapfiets and holding various sales leadership roles at Vodafone from 2015 to 2018. Philipp Günther earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and has prior educational experience at Technische Universität Berlin.
