Neil Wada

Neil Wada has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Neil is currently the EVP Operations and Finance at NetXperts since April 2023. Previously, they were the Senior Vice President Operations at 2NDGEAR from September 2019 to February 2021.

Before that, Neil held multiple roles at ConvergeOne from January 2016 to August 2019, including SVP, National Practices, where they formed and led the National Practices for Security, Networking, Datacenter, Networking, and Contact Center. Neil provided thought leadership, developed new solutions and services, and managed the national presales engineering team. Neil also served as the Vice President Of Services in 2018, SVP Engineering Practices in 2017, and Regional Vice President in 2016.

Neil was the Chief Operating Officer from December 2009 to December 2015, responsible for all aspects of day-to-day business and achieving 20% annual revenue growth for a $190M company. Neil also served as Senior Vice President from April 2003 to November 2009, overseeing Operations and Enterprise Account Sales. Neil started as the Vice President/Controller from September 2000 to March 2003, where they were responsible for accounting, finance, and operations, and designed a customized ERP system.

Before SIGMAnet, Neil was the CFO at Options For Youth from June 1999 to January 2000. Neil was also the VP Finance and Operations at Inacomp of Torrance from 1995 to 1998.

Neil began their career as a Controller at Kimoto Tech, Inc. in January 1990, where they worked until May 1995.
