Lorna Sharpe

Lorna Tabbert (Sharpe) serves as the Director of Business Operations at Neu Health since August 2023, focusing on scaling operations in the UK and US, developing brand presence, and delivering strategic initiatives. Previously, Lorna held the position of Business Operations Manager at Neu Health, overseeing governance, compliance, and internal operations. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Consultant at DataGuard, managing over 30 client accounts and driving new business through marketing strategy. Lorna also worked as an Information Security Analyst at Alfa Financial Software, implementing a company-wide Information Security Management System and chairing governance forums. Additionally, Lorna served as a Cybersecurity Analyst at The Investment Association, leading the Cyber Resilience Committee and addressing industry-level policies. Lorna holds a degree in Neuroscience from the University of St Andrews and A-Levels in Biology, Psychology, and Chemistry from Barrow Sixth Form College.
