Client Relationship Manager – Financial Industry Experience HIGHLY PREFERRED

NeuAnalytics is seeking an energetic Client Relationship Manager interested in building client-centric experiences and delivering outstanding service to our clients. The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure they experience the best customer service regarding our products, services, and action-item resolution.  This position requires excellent communication skills and an analytical thinker. In-office position- must be local to the greater KC area.

What You Will Do for Us:

• Meet with client executives to resolve any outstanding action items around products and services
• Provide keen analytical insights into Client Data and how NeuAnalytics products support their efforts
• Promote the value of our products and services
• Upsell services and products to our clients based on client needs
• Provide ongoing customer support through product and financial industry expertise
• Provide unique insights using advanced analytics
• Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
• Manage and resolve significant customer escalations
• Provide bi-monthly client updates to Executive Leadership

What You Will Bring to Us:

• Expertise in compliance and federal laws specific to recovery collections (FDCPA, GLBA, FCRA, TCPA, and HIPAA) is highly preferred
• 5+ Years of experience/knowledge of recovery collections, credit, and accounts receivable
• Technical skills required SQL, Excel
• SaaS platform/product experience highly valued
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
• Ability to learn quickly and understand end-to-end processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred skills/experience:

• Ability to write SQL queries.
• Business Acumen.
• Green Belt Six Sigma given priority candidacy.
