Bryan Bayer has extensive work experience in various leadership and coaching roles. In 1999, they worked as an Interaction/UI Designer at i2 Technologies. From 2002 onwards, Bryan focused on leadership coaching and startup culture. In 2004, they co-founded and served as the CEO of The Integral Center / Authentic World, leading a team of coaches, trainers, and facilitators in providing communication and relating skills training. Bryan also co-founded Bayer, Neuberg, and Associates in 2007, where they worked as a Principal. In 2015, they became a co-founder and Senior Partner at Neuberg, Gore & Associates. Additionally, Bryan served as an Executive Coach at Stagen from 2015 to 2016. Throughout their career, Bryan has impacted over 10,000 individuals through their online trainings, international coursework, and coaching programs.
Bryan Bayer's education history includes several certificates and training programs. In 1996, they attended the University of Missouri-Columbia and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science with a Business Emphasis in 2000. Afterward, Bryan enrolled in a 2-Year Leadership Training program with the Arete Center for Excellence from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they pursued the NLP Destination Method Certification with Dr. Robert McDonald, and in 2013, they attended the Strozzi School of Embodied Leadership, specializing in Somatic Coaching & Aikido. Additionally, Bryan has obtained various certifications such as Destination Method™ Certified Coach, Landmark Curriculum, Senior Course Leader at the Arete Center For Excellence and the Integral Center, and eMyth™ Certified Coach.
