Micah Lael

Micah Lael is an established Executive Coach at Neuberg, Gore & Associates since September 2021. Prior to this, Micah served as an Embedded Coach at Sonder Inc. from September 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing leadership capacity, fostering cross-functional communication, and contributing to the company's cultural development. Additionally, Micah supported the workforce in managing stress, navigating difficult discussions, and developing executive presence. Micah obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Pratt Institute.
