Robert MacNaughton

Robert MacNaughton is an experienced executive coach and strategic advisor, currently serving as an Executive Coach & Senior Expert at Neuberg, Gore & Associates since March 2019, where the focus is on coaching startup CEOs and their leadership teams. As a Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor at Antelope Recovery since August 2022, Robert contributes to innovative virtual programs for struggling teens, emphasizing evidence-based healthcare. Additionally, Robert founded Integral Centered Leadership in May 2019, providing relational leadership training aimed at enhancing self-awareness and productivity across various domains. Previous roles include CEO & Co-Founder of The Integral Center from 2011 to 2018, and a facilitator for The Argonauts, alongside various positions in marketing and technology from 2001 to 2012. Robert holds a BA in Music and Yoga from Naropa University and a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
