Alla Train is a strategic, results-driven leader with 28 years of experience in financial services. Currently serving as Managing Director - Head of Private Wealth Business Control and Governance at Neuberger Berman, they lead the design and enhancement of the control environment across the Private Wealth division. Previously, they held senior positions at Morgan Stanley, including Managing Director - Head of Business Risk & Controls, overseeing a team of over 60 professionals to manage operational risk across multiple wealth business lines. Alla's extensive career encompasses significant roles at respected firms such as UBS and Credit Suisse, where they focused on risk management, operational transformation, and process improvement. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Emory University.
