Aria Goudarzi

Aria Goudarzi is a seasoned professional in the field of ESG data and analytics, currently serving as SVP - Head of ESG Data at Neuberger Berman since October 2023. Previously, Aria held various leadership roles at Nikko Asset Management Group, including Global ESG Data & Reporting Lead, where responsibilities included establishing the Global ESG Data function and strategy to centralize reporting requirements. Aria's extensive experience also encompasses roles at Macquarie Investment Management, where contributions as a Performance Analyst and in Institutional Client Relationship Management involved performance calculations, regulatory compliance, and client engagement. Prior to that, Aria founded and served as CEO of Golden Gate Designs, a consultancy specializing in software solutions for the finance sector, and began a career at Commonwealth Bank as a Client Service Representative. Aria holds advanced degrees in Business & Commerce from Western Sydney University and is currently enrolled in the Oxford Strategic Innovation Programme at Saïd Business School.
