James Owen Pabon

James Owen Pabon is an accomplished marketing technology professional with extensive experience in digital solutions and web development. Currently serving as VP of Marketing Technology at Neuberger Berman since July 2016, Pabon successfully implemented the firm’s first enterprise CMS, Sitecore, and directed enhancements that improved performance across global operations. Prior to this role, Pabon worked at Accenture from 2009 to July 2016 as an App Technical Support Associate Manager, where responsibilities included leading the development of Starwood’s branded web platform and overseeing multilingual support. Pabon also contributed as a Technical Consultant at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from 2005 to 2009, collaborating on significant web initiatives. Pabon holds a BFA in Photography from SUNY New Paltz and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Suffolk County Community College.
