Louisa Symington-Mills

Louisa Symington-Mills is the CEO and Founder of WorkLife Central, an award-winning digital platform established in November 2012, dedicated to providing expert-led content aimed at enhancing professionals' family life, work life, and wellbeing. Louisa also serves as a Non-Executive Director at NB Private Equity Partners Ltd since June 2021 and has held significant roles including Chief Operating Officer at LPEQ from January 2014 to October 2016, and Director, Senior Analyst at Jefferies International and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Louisa began a career in investment analysis at M&G Investment Management and Pragma Wealth Management before transitioning into leadership roles in the private equity sector. Louisa holds a BA Hons in English Literature from Durham University.
