Lyn Walker

Lyn Walker is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Compliance Consultant at Neuberger Berman since February 2022. In this role, Lyn collaborates with senior leadership to develop compliance policies and procedures, focusing on risk management, ESG, and adherence to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Previously, Lyn held senior compliance roles at WSR, LLC, where a new compliance program was created, and at Calpine, where compliance management systems were established to meet regulatory requirements. Lyn also contributed significantly to compliance initiatives during tenures at Invesco Ltd., BBVA Compass Bank, Barclays, and Chevron, enhancing regulatory frameworks and operational efficiencies across various financial instruments. Lyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Dillard University and a Master of Business Administration in General Management from the University of New Orleans.
