Nicole Fitzsimmons

Nicole Fitzsimmons is an experienced compensation and analytics professional with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Neuberger Berman since March 2018, Nicole previously held the role of Vice President in the same discipline. Prior experience includes a Compensation Manager position at Capital One, where Nicole analyzed and improved compensation programs, and more than eight years at Morgan Stanley, culminating in a Director role overseeing compensation and analytics for various business units. Nicole's educational foundation includes a B.B.A. in Human Resource Management from both Baruch College and Macaulay Honors College, achieved in 2007.
