Philip Ortner

Philip Ortner, CFA, has extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Neuberger Berman since July 2018. Prior to this role, Philip held positions at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG from April 2011 to May 2018, including Senior Portfolio Manager for Private Debt and Senior Analyst in Securitization Management. Philip's earlier experience includes over a decade at Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. AG & Co. KGaA, where roles ranged from Credit Portfolio Manager to Associate Credit Risk Manager. Philip holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation earned between 2003 and 2006 from the CFA Institute and a degree from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln obtained from 1998 to 2002.
