Tosha Burgess

Tosha Burgess is a seasoned professional in the insurance and reinsurance industries, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Neuberger Berman since February 2021, following a role as Vice President in ILS Operations. Prior to this, Tosha held the position of Underwriting Operations Manager at Bernina Re Ltd from June 2019 to February 2021 and served as AVP of ILS Reinsurance Operations at Tokio Millennium Re AG between April 2017 and March 2019. Tosha's career began at Tokio Solution Management as AVP of Client Service and Account Executive, continuing at Tokio Millennium Re Ltd. as Senior ILS Administrator and Underwriting Assistant. Early professional experience includes positions at Deloitte as Audit Senior and Audit Assistant. Tosha earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Acadia University between 2001 and 2005.
