Ula McDonnell

Ula McDonnell is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human capital management across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Human Capital Management for EMEA and LATAM at Neuberger Berman since January 2020, Ula previously held significant roles at Legg Mason, where responsibilities included overseeing HR for Europe and acting as a business partner for Americas International and Global Compliance.
