Julita Czyżewska

VP, Management Board at Neuca

She graduated from the Higher School of Economics in Warsaw, postgraduate studies in project management and integrated information systems in the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as MBA at the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development and the Erasmus University. A graduate at the Innovative Health Care Leader Programmes at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Innovation and Transformation in Health Centre as part of Kaiser Permanent International. She began her professional career in 2000 at the PZU Group, where, among other things, she established and managed the PZU Zdrowie medical network and carried out transformations of the product and claims adjustment areas. At the same time, she acted as chairwoman of the Health and Accident Insurance Committee in the Polish Chamber of Insurance, and in 2018 she was awarded the order "For Merits to Insurance" by the PIU. In 2020, she created the health area development strategy for the Generali Group. In 2021, she worked for an investment fund by managing the company HomeDoctor. She joined NEUCA Group at the beginning of 2022 as the Head of Health Insurance and Medical Services. She was a part of the Neuca Group Management Board from November 2022. Responsible for the development and management of the patient area, i.e. for the sales of products and health services, patient healthcare, patient marketing, digital transformation.
