John Kim has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. John started their career as a Research Assistant at Marq Energie Consulting, where they organized a database of foreign companies and assisted in acclimating them to the US market. John then worked at Pepperdine University as a Student Activities Office Assistant and IT Office Assistant.

In 2016, John joined Gemini Legal as a Value Stream Operation Associate, processing orders, managing legal records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA. John received recognition for high productivity and minimal errors.

John then worked at Antelope Dental Lab as an Office Manager, handling client portfolios, managing invoices, and conducting market research and sales competition analysis.

From 2018 to 2020, John worked at ADP as a Client Support Consultant I, finding solutions for small business owners' problems in payroll, tax, HR, and labor compliance. John collaborated with other departments within ADP and provided consultation and strategized cost-effective methods for clients.

In 2020, John joined Profit Recovery Partners as a Business Optimization Manager II. John developed strategies and implementation practices for expense areas, led telecom expense management calls with C-Suite teams, conducted data analysis, and presented findings using data optimization and visualization methods.

Currently, John is employed at Neudesic as a Manager of Field Operations, starting in 2022.

John Kim completed their education at Pepperdine University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with a specialization in Political Science. John also pursued a minor in Asian Studies during this time. Before attending Pepperdine University, John attended Whitney High School from 2008 to 2012, where they completed their high school education. In addition to their formal education, John obtained the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association (APA) in October 2019.
