Rosalie Paplaczyk

Rosalie Paplaczyk has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they are the Director of Client Delivery at Neudesic, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DXC Technology for almost 10 years, starting in September 2012. While at DXC Technology, Rosalie served as the Senior Client Transition and Transformation Executive, where they managed transition and transformation programs, ensuring project success and managing client relationships. Before DXC Technology, Rosalie worked at Hewlett-Packard in multiple roles, including IT Service Delivery Manager, Business Operations Manager, Transition Manager, and Transition and Transformation Manager. Rosalie also gained experience as the WW Process Consultant Lead at Agilent Technologies and as a Project Manager at MAHLE. Throughout their career, Rosalie has demonstrated expertise in program and project management, client delivery, and process improvement.

Rosalie Paplaczyk has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Stuttgart, which they obtained from 1995 to 1998. Rosalie then pursued a Master of Business Management - MBA in International Business from the same university, completing it from 1998 to 2000. Later, they specialized further by obtaining a Fachwirt (specialist economist) degree in Project and Program Management from the University of Stuttgart in the year 2004.
