Steve Tetrault

Steve Tetrault has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Steve currently holds the position of Vice President Innovation & Growth - FSI at Neudesic, where they lead the Global Financial Services Practice and is responsible for the product vision of all Financial Services & Insurance Industry Service Products. Steve also serves as the Executive Sponsor for Strategic Growth across Industry Partners and Customers.

Prior to their current role, Steve worked as a Senior Director of Solutions at Neudesic, leading technical engagements in the East Region. Steve managed a team of Solution Architects and Directors focused on delivering business value across all industries and service lines, with a specific focus on the financial services industry.

Steve also held the role of Director of Solutions at Neudesic, where they led technical engagements in the northeast region, managed a team of Solution Architects and Directors, and focused on delivering business value across all industries and service lines.

Before joining Neudesic, Steve worked at Rutgers University as an Advisory Board Member for the Leading Disruptive Innovation Program. Steve contributed their expertise and insights to the program.

Prior to Rutgers University, Steve was employed at Microsoft as a Principal Solutions Architect, where they achieved outstanding results and led the Americas Time Zone in New Work Sold and Overall Urtication. Steve designed, sold, and delivered complex data platform solutions, including Advanced Analytics, Internet of Things, Machine Learning, Cloud Migrations, Performance Optimization, and Hybrid Solutions.

Steve's previous experiences include working at The Kraft Heinz Company as an Enterprise Cloud Data Architect, at ZS Associates as an Enterprise Data Architect, at Deloitte as a Sr. Data Architect, at Bell Canada as a Technical Architect, at iLOOKABOUT Inc. as a Data Architect (Contract), at Microsoft as a Software Design Engineer in Test, and at Bell as a Programmer Specialist.

Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated strong technical expertise and leadership skills in various roles and industries.

Steve Tetrault graduated from Western University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. Steve then attended the University of Windsor from 2003 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
