Terri Lowe

Terri Lowe is currently the COO at NeuGen. Terri has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and has held various leadership positions during their career. Prior to joining NeuGen, Terri was the Senior Director of Insurance Operations at WEA Trust where they were responsible for transforming the Insurance Operations units with an Emphasis on creating and achieving KPIs, improving efficiencies, reducing costs, hiring, and mentoring staff. During their time at WEA Trust, Terri restructured the operations division which resulted in a reduction of 35 FTE and an annual administrative budget savings of 5%. Terri also improved claims auto-adjudication rate from 70-90% in less than 18 months.

Prior to WEA Trust, Terri was the Vice President of Operations / Senior Director of Operations at Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation. As a member of the executive leadership team, Terri helped develop and execute corporate strategy, planning, budget, staff training and process management. During their time at Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation, Terri provided executive leadership and direction to operational units including Call Center; BPO Outsourcing relationship; IS &T, Facilities Management, Administrative Services, Medicaid Contract, Business Analysts, Training, Subrogation and Recoveries, Configuration, Cost Containment and Project Management. In addition to managing a $12M annual budget, Terri also led a facility and data center move for 130+ staff including a phone system conversion. Terri also managed a significant system upgrade that included the primary medical claims transaction system and 4 integrated systems.

Terri Lowe attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned a BS in Education.

Their manager is Vaughn Vance, President & CEO. They are on a team with Mary Hughes - Medical Affairs, Barb Ruegsegger - Corporate Secretary, and Dawn Witek - Finance & Accounting.
