Vaughn Vance

Vaughn Vance is currently the President & CEO at NeuGen. Vaughn has also served as the President & CEO/Executive Director at WEA Trust and as the Chief of Staff at Wisconsin State Senate.

Vance has over 25 years of experience in government affairs and public policy. Vaughn has been instrumental in developing and implementing state government affairs and public policy strategy for WEA Insurance Corporation in Wisconsin. Vaughn also successfully established collaboration between Department of Justice’s 550-person law enforcement agency’s relationship with the legislature, other state agencies, and community stakeholders.

As the CHIEF OF STAFF at Wisconsin State Senate, Vaughn Vance managed a $75M annual budget and expanded the reach and engagement of the agency. Vaughn also served as the President & CEO at Health Tradition Health Plan, Inc. where they were responsible for the overall management and operation of the company.

Vance has a proven track record of success in both the public and private sector. Vaughn is a respected leader with a wealth of knowledge and experience in government affairs and public policy.

Vaughn Vance has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School, a Masters of Public Affairs & Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Coe College.
