Richard Goodwin

An astute finance professional joined the Company in 1998. He has over two decades of experience of which fifteen years in leadership positions in the finance domain, he is today the Member of the Board and heads the Group Finance of the company.

Prior to his current role, he has served the Company as the Chief Financial Officer. His areas of responsibilities include Corporate Finance, Treasury, International Taxation, Risk Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions for the whole group. He has also served in various capacities before in the Finance Department.

He is a graduate in Economics from the University of California and a Chartered Accountant and member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
