Andrew Podolsky

Director, New Membership Offerings and Peer Groups at NeuGroup

Andrew Podolsky has over 30 years of professional experience in various roles. Andrew began their career in 1990 as a part of the GE Financial Management Program at General Electric. In 1993, they moved on to become a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at Lockheed Martin. In 1996, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager, where they completed assignments for various Fortune 500 clients in strategic planning, financial analysis, change leadership, and process reengineering. In 2005, they became the Sr. Director of Client/Partner Launch Management at Barclays. Andrew then moved on to Gardner Lewis Asset Management in 2007 as a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. In 2014, they joined Navigate Corporation as a Principal - Client Lead and Project Delivery. In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Change Management at Corporation Service Company. In 2017, they became the Director of Client Relationship Management at Chatham Financial. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed as the Director of New Membership Offerings and Peer Groups at NeuGroup.

Andrew Podolsky obtained their Master of Business Administration from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Andrew then obtained their Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a concentration in finance. Additionally, they obtained their Series 65 certification in March 2012 and their Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci.
