Joseph Neu has over 30 years of experience in the business and finance industry. From 1990-1993, they were a Managing Editor and Research Associate at The Economist Intelligence Unit (The EIU). During this time, they assisted with speaker development for Economist Conferences treasury and risk management events, contributed numerous items to the Business International Money Report, Latin American Business Report, Finance & Treasury and other publications of the Economist Intelligence Unit, and researched, edited, and assembled various publications including the Latin American Economic Atlas, the Global Tax Handbook, and a proprietary report on European derivatives exchanges development and strategy. In 1993, they founded NeuGroup and currently serves as its Founder, President, and CEO. Joseph's responsibilities include setting the strategic direction of the company, evaluating business opportunities and product development, working with business partners, and offering guidance on the content and process management aspects of the business.
Joseph Neu obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, International Relations, and German Studies from UC Santa Barbara between 1984 and 1988. Joseph then attended The University of Göttingen from 1986 to 1987, studying Political Economy, German Literature, and Joseph'story. Lastly, they obtained a Master of International Affairs from Columbia | SIPA in International Banking and Finance between 1989 and 1991.
