Andrew Lestiboudois has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Andrew started their career as a Junior Researcher in Applied Science at Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 1983. Andrew then worked as a Junior Engineer at Artois Engineering before joining Interbrew, where they held various roles including Production Manager at SOLIBRA brewery in Ivory Coast and Technical Director at Chaudfontaine Water and Softdrink Plant. Andrew also served as the Technical Manager for Interbrew Asia and as the Corporate World Class Manufacturing Manager. In 1997, Lestiboudois joined The Coca-Cola Company as the Technical Director for the Italian Region. Andrew later joined Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they held positions such as Plant Manager at the Stella Artois plant, VP Operations for BeNeFraLux, Director of Global Process & Technology Support, and Brewery Operations Director for BeNeLux. After their time at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Lestiboudois worked as the Director of Operations at PALM Belgian Craft Brewers. Andrew then became the Operational Excellence Program Manager at AVEVE Animal Nutrition and is currently working as the Director of Operations at Neuhaus Créateur Chocolatier Since 1857.

Andrew Lestiboudois completed their education at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where they obtained a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Electro-Mechanical Engineering. Andrew later pursued further studies at Université catholique de Louvain, specializing in Brewing Technology and earning a Master's degree in that field.
