Tom Vermeiren

Tom Vermeiren has a diverse range of work experience. Tom started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Vivaldi's groep in 2012. Tom then moved on to Bos Logistics, where they worked as an HR Advisor from 2013 to 2016, setting up the HR policy for the Belgian branch and advising management on various HR matters. In 2016, they joined XPO Logistics Belgium as an HR Advisor, where they were responsible for managing HR functions across six different sites. In 2019, Tom became an HR Business Partner at SABCA, overseeing HR operations and supporting engineering offices. Currently, they are working at Neuhaus as a Director of Human Capital, specializing in HR management for the company's retail and headquarters divisions.

Tom Vermeiren completed their Bachelor in Journalism, with a focus on Printmedia, at Thomas More University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2010. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Science in Communication Studies at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
