Sundar Narsimhan

Sundar Narsimhan has extensive work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Sundar started their career in 1988 as a Senior Executive at Greaves Cotton Limited and then worked as a Senior Executive at AVT McCormick Ingredients. In 1995, they joined Brakes India Limited as a Senior Engineer (Commercial). Sundar then moved on to Indian Furniture Products as a Manager, followed by a role at Parryware as Head of Sourcing and Logistics. In 2004, they became Deputy General Manager at Tube Investments of India Limited. Currently, they are working at Neuland Laboratories Limited, where they hold the position of SVP & Head of Supply Chain Management. In September 2023, they will transition to the role of Chief Procurement Officer.

Sundar Narsimhan completed their education in a variety of fields. Sundar obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from GITAM Deemed University from 2013 to 2019. Before that, they completed a diploma in Theory of Constraints from the Theory of Constraints Institute in 2008. In 2003, they earned an International Advanced Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the ITC SME Trade Academy. In 2001, they received a C.P.M. in Purchasing Management from the Indian Institute of Materials Management, Mumbai. Sundar also completed a PGDFM in Financial Management from the IFMR Graduate School of Business - Krea University from 1995 to 1997. Sundar'sundergraduate studies include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, which they completed from 1984 to 1988. Sundar Narsimhan's secondary education was completed at Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School. Sundar has also obtained additional certifications, such as Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in 2017 and a Certified Purchase Manager from the Institute for Supply Management in 2006.
