Jens Fladerer

Jens Fladerer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jens is currently working as a QA Engineer at Raufoss Technologie, starting in February 2022. Prior to this role, Jens worked at Norsk Hydro for a significant period, starting in 2008. During their time at Norsk Hydro, they held several positions, including Technical Supervisor - Relining from September 2015 to May 2021, Technical Supervisor - Electrolysis from April 2011 to September 2015, and Project Engineer from April 2010 to April 2011, and from August 2008 to April 2010.

Jens Fladerer completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Light Metals Production at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry and Materials Science from the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2006.
