Development Engineer Machining at Raufoss Technologie

Liv Ellinor Holtskog has a diverse range of work experience in the field of machining and engineering. Liv Ellinor started their career as a TAF-lærling CNC machinist at Bandak AS in 2008, where they programmed and operated parts in a 5-axis milling machine. Liv Ellinor then worked as a Continuous Variable Air Intake System and Machining engineer at Revolve NTNU, where they developed and built various systems and tools for casting carbon fibre runners. Liv Ellinor also competed in Formula Student competitions during their time there.

In 2014, Liv had a summer internship as a Process Engineer at Kongsberg Automotive, where they developed a machining fixture for a robot cell and assessed its capacity. The following year, they returned to KONGSBERG as a Summer Intern, focusing on evaluating the use of measuring fixtures and optimizing measuring programs.

Liv then joined KONGSBERG as a Project Engineer in 2017 and worked there until 2020. In this role, they handled CNC programming and played a part in optimizing machining processes. Liv Ellinor also contributed to the development of a basic course on understanding technical drawings.

Their most recent role was as a Development Engineer Machining at Raufoss Technologie, where they were responsible for the development and optimization of machining processes across multiple plants globally. Liv Ellinor also held project management responsibilities in this position.

Liv Ellinor Holtskog's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Porsgrunn vgs. where they obtained their High School Diploma and also specialized in CNC machinist. From 2012 to 2017, they attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and completed their Sivilingeniør (M.Sc.) degree in Produktutvikling og produksjon (Mechanical Engineering) with a concentration in Produktutvikling og materialer. Their educational journey continued in 2015 when they spent a year at Politecnico di Milano, pursuing a second Sivilingeniør (M.Sc.) degree in Produktutvikling og Produksjon (Mechanical Engineering).
