Karolina Lavagnino has extensive experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry. Karolina started their career at Ashland Springs Hotel in 2002, where they held roles as Sales & Marketing Manager and later became the Director of Sales & Marketing. In 2012, they joined Lithia Springs Resort as the Director of Sales & Marketing, where they created a new brand for the resort. In 2013, they joined Neuman Hotel Group as the Director of Sales & Marketing, overseeing multiple properties and managing various aspects of sales, marketing, and PR.
