Josh Braby

Josh Braby is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management. Since June 2007, Josh has served as a Shareholder and Project Manager at Neumann Brothers, Inc., where responsibilities include managing construction projects as a Construction Manager, Design Builder, and General Contractor, with a focus on pre-construction, historical restoration, tenant improvements, and new construction. Prior to this role, Josh worked as a Project Engineer at Henning Construction from August 2005 to June 2007, where duties involved drafting contract documents and coordinating site supervision.
