Kim McDonald has been with Neumann Monson Architects since January 1996, where they currently hold the title of Principal/Owner. Prior to that, McDonald worked at HLM Architects from 1984 to 1996, specializing as a Healthcare Planner. McDonald earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Iowa State University in 1983 and later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Iowa, graduating in 2014.
